Wedding in a Farmhouse in Tuscany

When G & P contacted us, they already know that they would like to celebrate their wedding in a Farmhouse in Tuscany. They completely fell in love when they saw the stone cottages and gardens of Casa Cornacchi, in a landscape full of vineyards and olive trees. The family of the bride has half italian heritage so they wanted a natural, relaxed and truly italian based wedding. “Diciamo sì” (meaning “We say I do”) was the leading quote to the whole event, since the save the date cards. The event started on the friday with a pizza welcome party, to let the guests enter the mood of the wedding: italian and real. Every guest was gifted of a custom made bracelet with the name on it.
The day of the wedding forecast weren’t that great but the weather in the end was just ideal, with a warm sun and a light breeze. The ceremony was sweet and personal: the bride entered with her father, wearing an italian hat, many guests decided to give a speech for the couple, making all familiar and touching.
Then the bride and groom left for intimate session of portraits, while the guest enjoyed the “dolcevita” cocktail time, around the pool, pimping their prosecco and listening to the superb voice of Fathima and the soul kitchens surrounded by the most beautiful tuscan view.

Loo at these amazing pictures of this wedding in a farmhouse in Tuscany:

Rustic but with a romantic touch, the style of the set up couldn’t get more real and tuscan.
Everything from invitations to ceremony booklets, fans, handkerchiefs, menu, placecards, sparkles was customized with craft paper and hand crafted details, designed by Italian Wedding Designer team.
Flowers were created for the bride by her aunt Anke, who is a very well know florist back in Germany. Flower decorations were composed by tiny bottles (the typical italian aperitif) and mixed vases, with some fruits as figs, grapes and berries.
Tuscany was all around, organic and real, also in the jaw dropping cake table, full of italian bignè, of all flavors and shapes, perfectly arranged on wood plates and etangerè, decorated with custom made tiny flags.
The cake was the star of the table, simple and perfect, with a gorgeous sugar flower and a golden cake topper.
The customized olive oil tins, arranged on wooden swings, attached to an olive tree, were the perfect wedding favor, filled with the genuine olive oil of the property. A true piece of tuscany to bring back home, but only after dancing.
The dancing party captured all of the guest, no matter the age, with group routines and italian songs, also thanks to disco lights and most important a mirrored disco ball, that turned the terrace in a real outdoor disco until late night.
